Where to apply for the driver behavior?

  If you are sure the driver misbehaved (was disrespectful, smoked, talked on the phone while driving or badly performed the other duties), please contact us by email  keleiviu.aptarnavimas@vilniausvt.lt : indicate the date and time, route number, bus stop title and moving direction (garage or license plate number of bus / trolleybus, if possible). Please briefly describe the nature of the incident and indicate your name or surname, telephone number or email address, so we could contact you, check the information and answer.
